Let me rephrase....
"A completely new user to Fedora...".
Being a new user to Fedora doesn't imply that this new user is unaware
of torrents.
The question still stands. If only 19% of current Fedora users (a highly
technical bunch) make use of torrents, my guess is the majority of
new-to-Fedora users would also not.
