I thought it was all changed to sd(x) instead of hd(x)? Ric
One line of grub.conf aka menu.lst still uses the bios designation of root
(hdn,n)
Also, if the drives are labeled, the resume should be using the drives label
rather than /dev/sdnn. I think, I have never suspended this machine.
