And that enabled me to access the IP Camera and reset the
address to 192.168.1.51 as required to work in my system.

for this cases i have a windows virtual machine with MSIE7
with bridged-network configured at the following ip-addresses
three benefits:
* no re-configure of work.machines
* can access each network device with vendor-address
* most of the crap needs MSIE for web-interface
