I suspect this will not work out of the box on Fedora. The recipe is for
RHEL or Centos, but Fedora needs some extra scaffolding.
Doesn't work on my Centos boxen either, /sys/fs/cgroup doesn't exist
there either.
I wish the article identified which kernel versions are required to
use that hack.
