Your pastebin for the broken kernel shows an ACPI warning, I don't
know if it's related, but you could try the acpi=off kernel option and
see if that changes things (not a long term solution, but could be
useful information).
FWIW, audio works on 3.7 kernel (in this case 3.7.0-0.rc0.git6.2.fc19.x86_64) but
only with no pulseaudio installed (only alsa).
When I had pulseaudio installed, no audio.
