I think there is something in there related to networking. With kernels 17.4 and
.5 my suspend hangs are right where the network shutdown normally occurs. And I
got this only when QEMU is running with some VM active on the virtual network.
17.3 seems stable wrt to my problems.
FWIW, it seems there may be a few nasty hard to diagnose issues with recent kernels.
4.17.7 may be key to fixing issues...
