I wonder if skype 4.2 still works. I think I was forced to upgrade to
4.3 to get it working again.
I used the 'lpf' tool ((Local Package Factory) to install skype...
(just google 'lpf skype')

I did indeed also install the 4.2 from the skype download page some time
ago, and I still have it (rpm file) on my system. But it does not seem
to be available
from MS.
