Mmmmmm... Sorry, Comic Sans does not meet my requirement.
The letter t does not have the tail.
I have been searching for so long. No font meets my complete requirement.
When a human being imitates the font, the handwriting is not what I
want in those fonts.
Are there other suggestions?

You could use gucharmap on your system to examine the fonts you have installed to see if
one suits your needs.
One font that may fit your needs is "Comic Sans" included with msttcorefonts

Has instructions how to accomplish that.....
Another thing you can do is google "free fonts" and find one that fits your
needs and download and install.
