You might be referring to 'gnome-tweak-tool' .
I have downloaded and tried the gnome-tweak-tool...but even than I don't
see an option to have this feature brought back, I guess I'll just
migrate to the MATE version of Fedora 18...and hope they bring it back
in version 19. Thanks to all for your help and input!!
