*why* do you not upgrade or install a LTS distribution at all?
hopefully this machine has at least no internet access to
prevent damage to others because security is no longer you
personal thing from the moment you connect a machine to the
world wide web

F14 reached EOL in 2011 and it is ridiculous installing
a distribution with two major upgrades per year and not
doing them - F14 was pre-systemd, there are no longer
any repos nor a active userbase for it
