Try "sudo iwconfig wlan0 txpower 14". The "dBm" is assumed by the
command. "man iwconfig" for details.

SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.
But setting it to 8 worked. So, why does it reject what the specs say is
legit power setting?
