Sorry I was trying to
explain/justify why I needed (my wife) to use a
mail client vs a web interface (which was working until sometimes this
week). Unfortunately this no longer works, no more webmail interface on
that MS Exchange server unless you can use IE or Edge.

I suggest you ask on the Evolution list (evolution-list(a)gnome.org),
mentioning the specific version of Evo you have (see Help->About). This
kind of question usually finds an answer pretty quickly.
