I _think_ someone showed it was from Fedora 39.
I'm curious to know which repos are enabled on the machine. Is it
something beyond a traditional Fedora install?
$ dnf repolist enabled
repo id repo name
fedora Fedora 38 - x86_64
fedora-cisco-openh264 Fedora 38 OpenH264 (from Cisco) - x86_64
fedora-modular Fedora Modular 38 - x86_64

updates-modular Fedora Modular 38 - x86_64 - Updates

It was upstream's version for FC37. FC38 exists
in upstream's repo. FC39 not as of now.
And upstream kept trying to install fc37's version,
which is why I dumped it and went back to the
Fedora repo.
