A thought.
There are niches many are capable of helping with and other niches that
many aren't that knowledgeable including myself. If somehow the list
could be broken down to groups S.A. System, X, web services, firewalls,
networking, etc., like the directory structure, those subjects desired
could be checked individually.
The only way to make this happen is:
1) never ever answer to messages without a clear, meaningful
subject limited to one issue, hijacked threads and such
2) friendly beat with a stick all those who are really responsible
of the mess, ie those who hide information by violating rule 1
3) repeat point 2 15/20 times
4) goto 1
