There's a lot of overlap between JPackage and Fedora Core. They most
definitely conflict.
Regardless, the warning about conflicts is a generic one applied to all third-party repos.
It simply
says that because they operate outside of the Fedora project proper they _may_ conflict,
not that
they do conflict. I try not to take sides in the federation vs consolidation arguments
between the
Core/Extras people and managers of the other repositories, but I felt that some notice
explaining
the distinction was worth having.
