Those kind of error follow me around like a
storm cloud. I am use to it.
I once fixed a problem where five different things
affect each other.
A --> affected B --> affected C --> affected D--> affected E --> affected

I had to fix all five. Drove me nuts for a few hours.
I was not the first to have tried either.
Fine. But that still doesn't provide enough detail to track down and fix the issue
if nobody else can reproduce it.
In other words, help them to help you by reproducing it and collecting as much relevant
data.
