Chrome/Chromium 35 includes 23 security fixes [1]. Web browsers are
extremely complex and you should probably never use an outdated version
because of the security risks.

Has anyone tried uninstalling Chrome? It left a lot of cruft on my system
mainly in the /opt/google/* and ~/.local/share/applications folders.
