Try "systemctl status display-manager"
.
The Fedora 28 computer:
[bobg@box83 ~]$ systemctl status display-manager
● gdm.service - GNOME Display Manager
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/gdm.service; enabled; vendor
preset: disabled)
Active: inactive (dead)
The same command on Fedora 27 says:
UNit display-manager.service could not be found.
Also systemctl status dmlight/gdm result in not found?
I know that "systemctl status" is a good working command.
