You appear to be booting into a kernel that doesn’t have any kernel modules available.
Can you share with us the output of “uname -r” and “rpm -q kernel kernel-modules”?
I expect you’ve either managed to not have them installed or you are booting a kernel from
another version of Fedora (possibly due to your dual-boot setup?) and there’s no kernel
modules at all.
I see a missing sound driver in your output too, which would also point at kernel/modules
mismatch.
