thank you,Stan,and everyone.
In fact, i uses fedora13.the uname -a returns:
Linux sc.sc 2.6.34.7-56.fc13.i686 #1 SMP Wed Sep 15 03:33:58 UTC 2010 i686 i686
i386 GNU/Linux
the version of Gnome is libgnome-2.30.0-1.fc13.i686
the version of pulseaudio is 0.9.21-6.fc13
er....some thing shamed me...the problem I have described seemd not so
correct,today when i logging in the console(tty),
as usual, the music is off. changed to the gnome,as usual,no change. but then i
logout the console and changes into the gnome,
the music *returns*.so,my question is, how can i change the settings to let the
music played even if i switched into the console(and logged in).

I think all you need to do is to start pulseaudio manually if you are
not using KDE or GNOME...
$ pulseaudio -D
once it is running, you should be able to play music.
