system_u:object_r:pppd_initrc_exec_t:s0
Is the contents of /etc/ppp/ip-up correct? I assume the file starts
with "#!/bin/bash" and there are no funny line endings.
It should start with:
#!/bin/bash
# This file should not be modified -- make local changes to
# /etc/ppp/ip-up.local instead
I fear it may be time to search the Internet for bug reports.
I'm not sure what search words to use to find appropriate bugs.
You may want to check the permissions on /etc/resolv.conf.
