But the fonts problem also exists here as my home PC,i .e can't

some Chinese characters, although it can display correctly more

Yes. Check out the archives for the "Chinese fonts in FC5" thread. I
think the state of affairs is summed up there.
FWIW, under WinXP the glyphs do exist under quite a few of the fonts.
When I showed them to my wife she said....oh those are new ones for me.
