Now something on topic. Inspired by the slightly off topic

Isn't
there an easier way than to patch and recompile the kernel?
I have given up compiling the official fedora kernel so I'm now using
2.6.11
from
kernel.org.
Till a software suspend patch makes it upstream to
kernel.org kernels,
it won't be entering Fedora kernels
