I'm not sure we can do much to help, as neither FreeSWITCH nor
DAHDI/FreeTDM are part of Fedora. That being said, as a long time
Asterisk/DAHDI user, it does seem that there was a race condition in
DAHDI and the 3.16+ kernels, and that a patch got added to DAHDI to

I don't know if your particular system is using that patch, or one of
the previous patches to try to address that issue. Either way, it
doesn't seem to be a Fedora-specific issue.

Yes. That issue is a different, but very annoying one. They might be
related. I do not know. However, the problem only exists with F21, not F20.
