Pretty sure Xfce spin uses lightdm, and... there's a good chance you have
pam-kwallet installed. To verify,
rpm -q lightdm pam-kwallet
If so, another test if this is the problem,
dnf remove pam-kwallet
(at least temporarily), then reboot and login. Does the problem remain?
I added some entries to this thread and the BZ.
/usr/bin/wodim -v gracetime=2 dev=/dev/sr0 speed=4 -tao driveropts=burnfree
blank=fast fails to run as a normal user. One can workaround the issue if you add
suid to the binary.
I think the BZ should be reassigned to wodim
