Agreed, my sentiment as well.
Still, as this is repeatable, I wonder if running a debug kernel
(kernel-debug) will reveal more?
I don't think that's useful. The kernel people will not be interested
unless you can reproduce it with a current kernel version. It's likely
already fixed.
