I guess I won't be able to check Canadian off on my census form anymore
for nationality. :( I wonder if they will have a none box?

I tried the site using Firefox with no luck. So then I tried the site
using Konqueror. I changed the browser identification to explorer 6.0 on
Windows XP - Tools, change browser identification. Doing this I was able
to get into the site.
The site is running on a Windows server. This was apparent from a number
of timeouts that put up IIS's default message of contact microsoft. The
system is also very slow.
There is no excuse for developing such a poor site. Not just the
restrictions, but also the poor performance.
I'm going to send them an e-mail.
