That's good to note but classically the convention is suppose to be "--
" (with an explicit trailing hard space that some damn MUI's tend to

I don't know if this will have any effect, but since you're
not
running/using systemd-resolved then it may be
a good idea to remove "resolve" from nsswitch.conf.
