|I'm still on F38, so not sure how F39 works, but if it is the same as
F38, in the gnome system settings for setting up the scaling there is a
fractional scaling option, which if set allows you to set scaling 150%.
I don't use Gnome though, I use KDE, where you can set the 150% scaling
without having to activate any other option.
