The actual package is qemu-system-ppc. You must have installed extra qemu packages
somehow. Removing SLOF will also remove the ppc emulator.

I looked back and at one time I thinking of trying out qemu and installed it. A "dnf
install qemu" installed
43 packages, including SLOF and qemu-system-ppc as well as qemu-system-ppc-core.
