Can you please file a bug at
bugzilla.redhat.com against Packagekit? You
can do so here:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/bugs/packagekit
There's also a list of already filed bugs that you should look at, in
case the issue's already been reported and the maintainer's requested
info etc. to fix it.
Actually, today, the orange sun came back with an update for yum,
and when that was installed, it came back with 11 more updates.
