I have no recent experience with the 390 series, but normally a driver
from rpmfusion will build *on your system* when the kernel is updated.
There seems
to be a lag of a number of days from when a new kernel
series comes in the updates before the drivers for it are available on
rpmFusion. As the pending move from 5.14 to 5.15 kernels.
