Mattias Ellert on the devel list, I was able to patch dillo and submitted it as an update
to testing.

Bugzilla has reported that there is a new dillo available for testing
that SHOULD have this fixed, Ranjan. From the followup (comment 2 on
BZ 1470354:

So it's in bodhi and you'd need to pull it from koji, test it and
(hopefully) give it a +1 karma on that bodhi page above. Here's the link
