How did you get rawhide packages from the rpmfusion repo? If you're going
to do that, you'll need to also get rawhide packages from the Fedora repos
as well because of the dependencies. The best way to do this would probably
be to add "--releasever=26" to the dnf command.
I realized I didn't add the fedora-updates-testing repo which was
apparently also necessary for one or two of the dependencies.
After installing the latest vlc packages, it still didn't fix my
dropout issue with streaming video anyway :-(
