For the heck of it, this weekend, I installed their current beta on the laptop I was using
for FC9. I don't see what the big deal is. It was nice to have it ask to install stuff
(like flash) when it encounterd the need but I had the same issues with wireless that I
have had with FC8/FC9. I had to end up using ndiswrapper to get it to work (Linksys
WPC54GS). The only things I noted of real interest were: Firefox starts much faster than
in either FC8 or FC9 and the update thingy hauls booty compared to YUM. Most annoying
things were the weird colors and this stupid jungle sound that goes off any time you log
in. Also, the whole "You can't get to root" thing is weird.

Frankly, I think distro hopping is a waste of time if you current
distro meets your needs.
