Thanks, David. I have done so and it is says that the dictionary was
installed, but afterwards the dictionary does not appear in the list
of dictionaries in Thunderbird.
Hmm.. Did you follow the directions *exactly* as on the page? Download
the dictionary file and then install it from within TB. It works just
like the extensions and themes. They can not come *directly* from FF to TB.
I have never tried this. I use/speak/write English. But I will now.
