I'd take that article with a grain of salt...

Distro like Ubuntu and Suse almost never fails there shipping date,
what do you think about Fedora's consecutive delays? Doesn't it hurt
it's adoption rate to end users?
I wouldn't think so... it will be ready when it meets release critera.
I hope the new installer will make people happy.
And a little off topic, how do you think KDE 5.0 will be?
