The command 'yum --exclude=parted* update, gets past the problem now. It
appears that an update to pyparted was moved into updates testing
earlier today.

Everything needed was moved into updates-testing and install file from
the testing repo. There might be some programs from fedora-extras that
are not fixed yet.
