That's a different question entirely. I don't think Linux developers hate
users. I'd imagine that most have an attitude similar to mine: If someone
wants to run Linux they are welcome to do so. If they choose to run Microsoft
software instead, that's their decision. Their actions don't bother me either
way. I will help someone out when they require assistance but I refuse to help
those who won't help themselves (i.e. move away from Mother Microsoft).
Again, that's just me but I don't think I'm alone in my thinking here.
Then, even if you do make it, you'll have to establish why this
isn't
ordinary fair use of an interface required to interoperate with the kernel.
Because it's contrary to the license under which the Linux kernel is
distributed. I don't think it can be made much clearer than that, frankly.
