Sorry, my fault. I was referring to the electronic certificate as
being
a physical certificate as opposed to no certificate at all.
It's not a physical certificate, it's electronic. Saying "physical"
when you mean to say "real" may be OK in normal speech but in a
technical conversation it's confusing.
