'mount' to see all mounted thing
'mount -a' to mount everything from /etc/fstab
Just for completness, a better way might be one which affects just the
mount point in question:
mount -o remount /mnt/windows
Or more prosaically:
umount /mnt/windows
mount /mnt/windows
