He means there is "no repo" dedicated to F21. So, the repo file....
[virtualbox]
name=Fedora $releasever - $basearch - VirtualBox
baseurl=http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/rpm/fedora/$releasever/...
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/oracle_vbox.asc
Doesn't find vbox due to $releasever=21 and that directory doesn't exist.
Yes, one can simply download and install the most recent rpm which is
VirtualBox-4.3-4.3.20_96996_fedora18-1
I didn't realize I didn't have it installed... running Fedora21..
ran
# yum install VirtualBox
Installed:
VirtualBox.x86_64
0:4.3.20-1.fc21
Dependency Installed:
kmod-VirtualBox-3.17.6-300.fc21.x86_64.x86_64
0:4.3.20-2.fc21.1
Complete!
yes it is a capital V & B.. it matters..
