Even when I got lazy and left about seven kernels on one system, 100
megs was enough for the boot partition., and it's certainly more than
enough for a few kernels. Why waste a whole gig on the boot partition
when you can make better use of it elsewhere?
I have a 100 MB /boot partition, and two installations of Fedora. My
personal feeling is that 100 MB per installation would have been a better
choice. But I try to save all the kernels, so I'm lazier than you are.
