For Windows you just use BootCamp which is a part of OS X (iirc you find
it in /Applications/Utilities). For Linux you need something like
rEFInd.

I followed the links. I must say Mr. Rod's writeup does not seep to
clearly address
1. Where to obtain the script for refind-install before discussing
installing it.
Getting src code from sourceforge cannot be built on os x as it lacks
compilers/assemplers ....etc. FOr some reason, my friend's machine
doe snot have them.
