My guess is nspr and nss.
Thanks for the hint!
Can confirm it: seems upgrading nss helped:
Updated to Firefox 72.0.1-1.fc30 here, and got empty pages. Updated
then nss, which in turn also upgraded a few more nss* packages plus
nspr, and Firefox loads pages again.
Working here, so far:
% dnf -C list --installed firefox nss\* nspr\*
Installed Packages
firefox.x86_64 72.0.1-1.fc30 @updates
nspr.x86_64 4.24.0-1.fc30 @updates
nss.x86_64 3.48.0-1.fc30 @updates
nss-mdns.x86_64 0.14.1-3.fc30 @fedora
nss-pem.x86_64 1.0.5-1.fc30 @fedora
nss-softokn.x86_64 3.48.0-1.fc30 @updates
nss-softokn-freebl.x86_64 3.48.0-1.fc30 @updates
nss-sysinit.x86_64 3.48.0-1.fc30 @updates
nss-tools.x86_64 3.48.0-1.fc30 @updates
nss-util.x86_64 3.48.0-1.fc30 @updates
Thanks again!
