I think its the problem with libxml2 packages. Install the package from
fedora CD or from the updates sites (there's a new libxml2 update)

Good morning,
I know you have received this before but I sent it from the wrong
address so maybe that was why I didn't look like a subscriber. Having
to go back to the M$ box has caused some problems.

This is the message I have had for three days since a reboot following
installing the updates which included a lot of XFree86 stuff. I am at
the upper end of the age envelope of subscribers you would expect to
find on this site and did not grow up with Linux so please be gentle
with me.
I have run the CD to try and upgrade and have run the F5 Linux Rescue
from the CD.
I have Googled the problem but am not able to understand the info
avaliable.
Could some kind soul please give me line by line instructions.
Thank you in anticipation,
Gordon

LaTeX (tetex) files?
by Manuel Carro
Hi. I am an old-time LaTeX user, and I am missing some files in
the LaTeX distribution which comes with FC1 + updates. For example,
the utopia font package (utopia.sty) and listings package are not in
place. In can copy them from some other machine, but I prefer not to
mess with system-installed files. Has anyone had the same problem?
Should I update tetex to the FC2 packages? Which distribution:
fedora.us or fedora.redhat?
Thanks in advance for all and any help.

Second Ethernet
by Axel IS Main
I'm trying to configure a second ethernet adapter in my fedora computer.
The original is connected to my internet network, the second will go to
a cable modem and then out to the internet. The problem I'm having is
the new adapter won't pick up an IP from the cable DHCP. I've checked
and the cable modem is definitely looking at the mac of the new nic.
Another thing I'm noticing is that this machine is configuring both nics
to the same interrupt. Is it possible that this is what is causing the
problem?
