Try editing your apt.conf if not mistaken. (sorry can be specific since I'm
doing this from memory and memory is lagging)
something like ignore ^mondo$ or something..
I had to do this too because I compile my own kernel.

America's Army on D600 laptop
by Ow Mun Heng
Hi,
I'm still using RH9 and not fedora. (don't feel the need to upgrade just
yet) By the time RH9 EOLs, FC2 might already be around. :)
Anyway, anyone had any luck running America's Army 1.9 on a D600 + RH9 +
2.4.33 kernel + Radeon 9000 + ALSA ? I keep getting hard locks on my laptop.
Keyboard and X is all locked up. SSH to the machine is still possible but
even killing of X has not effect. I can't get back my laptop without a
reboot.
Anyone has any experiences in this area??
Cheers, .^.

D600.. Tried FC1 and RH9. Still using RH9.
Standard NIC, should be no problem.. tigon drivers
Wireless.. It's not an intel one is it?? YOu can still try
ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net
Uses the XP drivers and wraps them for linux. Works for me.
Laptop screen Ok.. 1400x1050. But then again, depends on your radeon or is
it shared graphics??

Not running GNOME now.. but there _should_ be a menu in preferences->CD
properties that should do what you want

The only drives listed are hda and hdc which are my ATA100 and DVD
drives respectively. The only entry with 'serial' in it was:
Serial driver version 5.05c (2001-07-08) with MANY_PORTS MULTIPORT
SHARE_IRQ SERIAL_PCI ISAPNP enabled
which I assume is just the driver for the serial ports.
