I figured it out. The application's specific Apache .conf file
specified a secure cookie, which won't work during the installation
process.
By the way, you may not be able to authenticate here yet. I haven't
asked anyone to put a new drupal7-authfas package in the Fedora
infrastructure repo for us yet.
