Bug ID: 1170309 Summary: docker-io-1.2 no longer available. 1.3.1 doesn't work with RHEL 6.5. Product: Fedora EPEL Version: el6 Component: docker-io Assignee: lsm5@redhat.com Reporter: kmayfiel@us.ibm.com QA Contact: extras-qa@fedoraproject.org CC: admiller@redhat.com, golang@lists.fedoraproject.org, hushan.jia@gmail.com, jchaloup@redhat.com, jperrin@centos.org, lsm5@redhat.com, mattdm@redhat.com, mgoldman@redhat.com, miminar@redhat.com, s@shk.io, thrcka@redhat.com, vbatts@redhat.com
Description of problem:
Incorrectly upgraded to 1.3.1. Docker service daemon fails to start (panic). Message recommends upgrade to 3.8 kernel, which is not an option for me at this time. Before upgrade 1.2 was working.
Attempt to remove package and install docker-io-1.2 is impossible without access to that package in epel repository.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.2
Message from 1.3.1
