Note that I'm not looking at building the whole Cinnamon (yet),
cinnamon-desktop is actually just some shared libraries.

Just to close the loop, I'm aborting this effort:
- nextcloud-client-nemo requires Nemo's Python bindings, which is only available
starting at Nemo 5
- Nemo 5 requires a version of xapps that's too new to build on EPEL8 (anything >
1.8.8 fails)
I'll fix nextcloud-client on EPEL8 to not emit the nemo subpackage instead.
